With a walkable, historic downtown and award-winning beaches, the Pensacola Bay area is a perfect niche market for smaller meetings, according to VisitPensacola.com.

Larger venues include downtown’s recently updated Pensacola Bay Center, with 12 meeting rooms and more than 20,000 square feet of arena floor space to seat 2,000 theater style; the 1,086-seat Center for Fine and Performing Arts at the University of West Florida; and National Aviation Museum, which can host 2,000 guests for receptions. The Museum of Commerce, part of the Historic Pensacola collection of museums, parks, and homes, can accommodate up to 250 reception guests indoors, with additional outdoor space.

Recently updated, the 275-room Hilton Pensacola Beach has 14,894 square feet of event space, including a 700-person-capacity ballroom. The 206-room Holiday Inn Resort Pensacola Beach Gulf Front can seat 170 theater style;117-room SpringHill Suites by Marriott Pensacola Beach has a theater-seating capacity of 120; and 137-room Hilton Garden Inn Pensacola Airport – Medical Center has 4,383 square feet of function space.
