
SAVANNAH, Ga.—The Savannah Convention Center recently announced a series of promotions of internal staff, who are expected to take the lead during a new phase of growth.
“Each of these individuals has contributed meaningfully to our success and consistently demonstrated a commitment to excellence, collaboration, and service,” says Kelvin D. Moore, senior vice president of Georgia World Congress Center Authority and general manager of Savannah Convention Center. “Their leadership in these elevated roles will be central to our continued evolution as we grow in reputation, reach, and impact.”
The promotions include Gail Terrell, director of human resources; Jackie Mitchell, director of event services; Staci Stover, senior national sales manager; Jared Whitehead, senior public safety manager; Jason Touchberry, senior food and beverage manager; Ansley Cribbs, senior staff accountant; and James Mallard, catering coordinator.
