The region offers 7,255 guest rooms. Sawgrass Marriott Golf Resort & Spa has 514 guest rooms and 107,235 square feet of function space, including Champions Ballroom, which can seat 1,600 theater style. The 301-room World Golf Village Renaissance St. Augustine Resort has 45,161 square feet of event space and a seating capacity of 3,000 guests theater style. Historic Ponte Vedra Inn & Club offers more than 20,000 square feet of indoor function space to accommodate up to 450 guests; it is expected to add new sports and surf clubs in early 2027. The Lodge & Club Ponte Vedra Beach has 13,000 square feet of indoor event space across seven rooms. Ponte Vedra Inn & Club and The Lodge & Club Ponte Vedra Beach both include outdoor event spaces.
Additionally, the historic 138-room Casa Monica Resort & Spa, Autograph Collection features 20,776 square feet of event space; 217-room Embassy Suites by Hilton St. Augustine Beach Oceanfront Resort has 23,311 square feet of function space; and 120-room Hyatt Place St. Augustine / Vilano Beach includes meeting space to accommodate 450 guests theater style. Guy Harvey Resort St. Augustine Beach’s event spaces include a ballroom seating 180 theater style, a smaller meeting room, and outdoor patio and beach venues.
