LAS VEGAS, Nev. -- Elon Musk's The Boring Company (TBC) has begun work on an underground “people mover” for the Las Vegas Convention and Visitors Authority. The Las Vegas Convention Center is one of the largest convention sites in the world with exhibit space spread across its 200-acre campus.
