ORLANDO, Fla. – Hilton has announced four appointments to Conrad Orlando’s executive leadership team.

Scheduled to open in January 2024, Conrad Orlando welcomes Alyssa Gerzanick as director of hotel operations, Joshua Murray as director of food and beverage, Chef Stephen Ullrich as director of culinary, and Lindsay Neeley as director of spa, wellness, and retail.

Conrad Orlando will feature 433 guest rooms with 61 suites, five restaurants and lounges, the Conrad Spa Orlando and Water Garden, and more than 65,000 square feet of indoor-outdoor meeting and event space.

“We are thrilled to have Alyssa, Lindsay, Joshua, and Stephen bring their expertise to further add to hotel operations and guest experiences at Conrad Orlando,” says Sean McCarron, general manager of Conrad Orlando. “Each joins us with extensive hospitality backgrounds, leadership experience, and unparalleled passion. We look forward to opening this one-of-a-kind resort with them leading the charge in their respective specialties this January.”

Gerzanick brings more than 13 years of experience to her new role, where she will oversee the daily operations at the property. Although born in Queens N.Y., Gerzanick relocated to Orlando at a young age and has deep knowledge of the central Florida region. He studied culinary arts and hospitality management during his time at Johnson & Wales University. He leads the food and beverage team with more than 20 years of experience in restaurants, hotels, and resorts including deep knowledge of the Conrad Hotels & Resorts brand. Murray served as not only director of food and beverage at Conrad Washington DC but also as executive chef at the property, in addition to other roles at properties like Marriott Marquis Chicago, Phoenix Renaissance Downtown, and Lodge at Sonoma Renaissance. Murray will oversee all five dining venues at the property along with in-room dining, banquets, and catering.

Hailing from Miami, Ullrich has an extensive culinary background with a B.S. in Business from Boston College and further education from the French Culinary Institute in New York City. In New York, he worked in notable establishments, including Seasonal Restaurant & Weinbar when it earned its Michelin Star. Ullrich spent time as executive chef at resorts such as 1 Hotel Miami Beach and Carillion Miami Wellness Resort, along with Miami restaurants such as Tigertail + Mary where he worked alongside James Beard Award-winning restaurateur Michael Schwartz.

Neeley joins Conrad Orlando with more than 20 years of experience overseeing luxury spas, most recently spa director of the Waldorf Astoria Orlando.
