Recently opened, Margaritaville Beach Cottage Resort features 109 beach cottages, resort-style amenities, and 3,000 square feet of function space. Boardwalk Beach Hotel & Convention Center has 40,000 square feet of function space, including a 3,000-person-capacity ballroom; the 255-room Embassy Suites by Hilton Panama City Beach features more than 15,500 square feet of indoor and outdoor event space; and SpringHill Suites by Marriott Panama City Beach Beachfront includes 10,898 square feet of function space. The Panama City Beach Event Center at Edgewater Beach & Golf Resort has 32,700 square feet of flexible event space, including a ballroom seating 1,500 theater style.
Panama City Beach’s “Fun for All” initiative works to make beaches and attractions accessible to all visitors. Recent enhancements include expanded beach access with new ramps and beach wheelchair programs, as well as accessible dolphin cruises and snorkeling experiences.
