Greensboro Complex comprises 10 venues, including the 22,000-seat First Horizon Coliseum and a 167,000-square-foot special events center with three exhibition halls, a 4,500-seat mini-arena, and eight meeting rooms. The complex’s third component and newest addition is the Stephen Tanger Center for the Performing Arts. Located three miles away in downtown Greensboro, the elegant $93 million venue opened in 2020 and features indoor and outdoor event spaces, including a limestone and glass lobby that can host up to 500 people for receptions. Meridien Convention Center has 40,000 square feet of event space and can host 600 for banquets in its largest space.
Hotels with event space include Sheraton Greensboro at Four Seasons, which has 250,727 square feet of meeting space across 90 event rooms. Grandover Resort & Spa, A Wyndham Grand Hotel offers 45,000 square feet of indoor and outdoor space, and Marriott Greensboro Downtown has 28,517 square feet of event space.
