SURFSIDE, Fla.—Four Seasons Hotel at The Surf Club has introduced The Beach Villa, a four-bedroom oceanfront residence it describes as the only fully serviced beachfront villa in Miami Beach.

The villa is located within Seaway at The Surf Club, a residential enclave anchored by a restored oceanfront building originally completed in 1936. The property sits within the broader Surf Club complex in Surfside, just north of Miami Beach.

Now part of the hotel’s residential-style accommodations, The Beach Villa offers a private retreat along the Surfside shoreline, with views of one of Miami’s longest uninterrupted stretches of beach.
Seaway at The Surf Club includes private homes across two stone buildings, with the villa housed in the restored Seaway Villas structure, which Miami-Dade County has designated historically significant. The building was originally developed in the 1930s and has been preserved to maintain its architectural character.

The adjacent stone towers were designed by French architect Joseph Dirand, who also designed interiors at the property. The towers are the first residential buildings designed by Dirand, and their design draws inspiration from sculptural forms and coastal materials.

Inside the villa, interiors were designed by Fort Partners’ head of creative, Gabriela Navarro, who emphasized a coastal aesthetic combining natural materials and custom furnishings.

“The vision for The Beach Villa was to create a space that feels like a true home by the ocean; intimate, layered, and quietly refined, introducing natural fibers, soft tones, and a thoughtful mix of vintage and custom pieces to give the residence a sense of character and ease,” Navarro says. “Working in harmony with Joseph Dirand’s architecture, the goal was to sit effortlessly within the setting and frame it, allowing the materials and the proximity to the ocean to define the experience. What makes it special is this balance of privacy, design, and the level of service that transforms it into something entirely unique.”

The villa spans approximately 5,200 square feet across two levels and includes four bedrooms, including a primary suite with an ocean-facing bathroom featuring a freestanding tub. Outdoor features include a private pool, oceanfront gardens designed by landscape architect Peter Wirtz, and gated beach access.

Additional amenities include a kitchen finished in Perla stone, a private elevator, laundry facilities, and underground parking. The residence also includes dedicated staff, such as a butler, private chef, and housekeeper.

Guests also have access to hotel amenities at Four Seasons Hotel at The Surf Club, including pools, beach service, spa facilities, and dining options such as The Surf Club Restaurant by Thomas Keller, Lido Restaurant at The Surf Club, and the Champagne Bar.
