KATY, Tex. — Andretti Indoor Karting and Games is set to open in March, bringing high-speed electric superkarts, laser tag, mini golf, virtual reality (VR) gaming, arcade games, a ropes course, unique dining, and legendary event space.
Located adjacent to the newly opened University of Houston Katy campus and Katy Asian Town, the venue is named after the legendary racing family and offers nearly 88,000 sf of fast-paced adventure and experiences.
Among the features and attractions are a multi-level race track, a two-storey laser tag facility using technology from Delta Strike, more than 80 video games, an indoor high-adventure ropes course, three VR attractions and mini golf.
The facility offers more than 4600 sf of dedicated private event space, including a Grand Room and VIP rooms that can accommodate 307 people. There is also a viewing area overlooking the arcade and track, and in-house gourmet catering is also available. Dining options include a food truck plaza, sit-down dining, a dessert bar, and two bars.
