ASM Global, a leading entertainment producer, and DoorDash have announced a long-term partnership to bring mobile technology dining solutions to venues nationwide.

DoorDash will become ASM Global’s “on-demand delivery platform” partner, launching at ASM Global’s top North American arenas, stadiums, theaters, and convention centers in the coming months.

According to a media release, “the partnership will elevate the fan experience by allowing fans to skip traditional lines by leveraging DoorDash services to order within the arena for pickup.”

The benefit will be offered at ASM Global U.S. venues, which offer a wide array of content including concerts, sports, conventions, and family entertainment.

“Our multiyear focus on redefining the guest experiences of the future has connected us with the industry’s most advanced technology and service providers,” said Shaun Beard, EVP of SAVOR, the brand’s culinary division. “This new collaboration with DoorDash allows us to provide our in-venue event attendees with powerful, friction-free hospitality ordering solutions as well as creates greater efficiencies and new revenue opportunities for our ASM Global business partners in all the markets that we serve.”

ASM Global SAVOR venues will integrate DoorDash’s platform into their hospitality offerings, providing a uniform mobile food and beverage ordering experience for guests. For the first time across a venue portfolio, fans will be able to pick up their order while at their seats at their event.

While onsite, guests will be able to scan a QR code and download or open their DoorDash app to access the venue’s concession menus and premium experience options.

“We’re thrilled to partner with ASM Global to bring convenience on demand to fans so they can skip the lines and spend more time enjoying live viewing,” said Kofi Amoo-Gottfried, chief marketing officer at DoorDash. “At DoorDash we’re always looking for new ways to meet consumers’ ever-evolving needs, and we look forward to leveraging our platform to bring them a reliable experience at some of the most notable venues nationwide.”

ASM Global and DoorDash will officially launch their partnership at the Toyota Arena in Ontario, Calif., on June 11.
