WASHINGTON, D.C. – Event technology firms MeetingPlay + Aventri and eventcore debuted today as a combined entity called Stova, the company announced in an Oct. 10, 2022, news release. The corporate rebrand, which takes its name from the phrase “standing ovation,” follows the merger of MeetingPlay and Aventri and the acquisition of eventcore earlier this year.
“We’re excited to unveil an updated corporate name and branding that more accurately reflect the company we’ve become,” Stova CEO Eric Lochner says in the release. “For over a decade, our three unique brands have offered innovative products and technologies to help brands deliver highly impactful events.”
The consolidation of the three event management companies creates a unified, comprehensive platform to manage events. The new brand offers a full-service suite of event technology products for event creation, marketing, delivery, analytics, and reporting. The organization seeks to engage attendees, manage and connect sponsors with attendees, and measure impact for onsite, hybrid, and fully virtual events of various sizes and audiences.
