
NASHVILLE, Tenn.—Dolly Parton’s SongTeller Hotel has appointed Shannon Foster as general manager. The hotel is expected to open in 2026.
Foster will oversee all of the hotel’s operations, including business development, financial performance, and guest/host experiences.

Doyle III, senior vice president of hospitality, Herschend Family Entertainment. “We’re excited to have her lead our team as we prepare to open a destination that celebrates Dolly Parton’s legendary career and signature Southern hospitality.”
Foster is a long-time Nashville resident and has held executive roles at both Noelle and Holston House hotels. She has more than a decade of experience in the hospitality industry; prior to SongTeller Hotel, she served as vice president of operations for Hotel Equities, Greenwood Hospitality Division, where she oversaw many lifestyle properties under the Hilton and Marriott brands.
The SongTeller Hotel is aiming for an immersive guest experience, and will feature a Dolly Parton Museum, onsite dining, and an entertainment venue.
