Dollywood’s Splash Country celebrates 25th anniversary season

PIGEON FORGE, Tenn.—In celebration of its 25th anniversary on May 17, Dollywood’s Splash Country has announced special entertainment and dining offerings for guests to enjoy throughout the entire season. The waterpark features 40 rides and attractions across 35 acres, set against Tennessee’s beautiful Smoky Mountains.

For the park’s 25th season, guests can enjoy the return of the Splash Bash Music Series, which features live music at the wave pool stage, transforming the area into a unique combination of wave pool and dance party. A full list of artists and dates can be found on the website.

The park’s culinary team has introduced new food options, including chicken street corn nachos, chicken Alfredo pizza, and garlic Parmesan chicken tenders. Meal bundles are available for purchase, starting at just $5 above single-day admission.

Thrill-seekers can enjoy rides like RiverRush, Tennessee’s first water coaster; Fire Tower Falls, the park’s tallest and fastest twin waterslides; and the exhilarating Mountain Twist mat slides. For those seeking a more leisurely pace, the waterpark offers the 1,500-foot Downbound Float Trip lazy river and a 25,000-square-foot Mountain Waves wave pool. Canopies and waterside retreats provide shaded lounging, and storage lockers are also available. The Family Reunion Retreat can accommodate groups of 12 or more.

Splash Country’s daily operation begins May 17 and runs through Aug. 9, when it will shift to weekend operation through Sept. 21.
