MONTGOMERY, Texas – Margaritaville Lake Resort, Lake Conroe | Houston, has announced that Dustin Matthews has been promoted to director of sales.
His new responsibilities will include motivating group sales production, including sales strategy development, and leading professional development for the entire group sales team.
“Dustin continues to prove himself repeatedly as a driven sales leader with strong interpersonal skills and business acumen,” said Tom Faust, vice president of sales and marketing for Margaritaville Lake Resort, Lake Conroe | Houston. “His in-depth experience in the hospitality industry paired with his infectious personality and ability to create and maintain strong relationships, will position Dustin for success in his new role, as well as provide a platform for his continued professional achievements.”
Before joining Margaritaville Lake Resort, Lake Conroe | Houston, in January 2020, he was with the Houstonian Hotel,
Club, and Spa. His prior experience includes working for Royal Sonesta-Houston as a conference services manager and
banquet captain.
