KEY WEST, Fla.—Hilton has expanded its presence in the Florida Keys with the opening of Hilton Key West Resort & Marina, a 175-room waterfront property on Stock Island. The new resort marks the company’s 12th hotel in the island chain.

Situated on 20 waterfront acres at the eastern edge of Key West, Hilton Key West Resort & Marina is designed to serve both leisure travelers and meeting groups, offering marina access, flexible event space, and a range of resort amenities.

“The Florida Keys continue to be one of the most sought-after leisure destinations in the Americas, and the debut of Hilton Key West Resort & Marina further strengthens Hilton’s growing portfolio of a dozen properties across this iconic island chain,” says Danny Hughes, president of Americas, Hilton. “As travel demand to coastal and resort destinations remains strong, we are focused on expanding in places where guests want to be, delivering exceptional stays that connect travelers to the destinations they love.”

The resort features 175 guest rooms, including 86 suites, each with a private furnished balcony overlooking either the marina or the Atlantic Ocean. Designed with a relaxed coastal aesthetic, the property also offers direct marina access, connecting guests to boating, fishing, and other marine activities that define the Florida Keys experience.

Dining options include Yellowfin Bar & Kitchen, which serves oceanfront cuisine inspired by local flavors, and Ocean’s Edge Café, featuring Cuban coffee, smoothies, and grab-and-go selections. Guests also have access to poolside F&B service and in-room dining.
Amenities include six saltwater pools, a fitness center, yoga classes, lawn games, paddleboards, kayaks, bicycles, and poolside movie nights. A complimentary shuttle provides transportation to Old Town Key West, including Duval Street, Mallory Square, and the Key West Historic Seaport.

For meetings and events, the resort offers indoor and outdoor function space, including a 570-square-foot boardroom and a 1,140-square-foot outdoor patio suitable for corporate meetings, social gatherings, and special events.

“Hilton Hotels & Resorts has welcomed guests for more than a century by pairing iconic hospitality with a blend of local culture, and Hilton Key West Resort & Marina brings that legacy to life in a distinctly Key West way,” says Leonard Gooz, global brand leader for Hilton Hotels & Resorts. “From its waterfront setting and direct marina access to its relaxed island design and destination-driven experiences, the resort offers guests an inviting new home base for discovering renowned cuisine, tropical landscapes, and the energy of the Florida Keys.”

As part of the property’s debut, Hilton is completing a series of enhancements, including refreshed guest rooms with new flooring, furnishings, and décor, upgraded resort amenities, and the addition of a new Tiki Event Pavilion. The improvements are intended to enhance the guest experience while maintaining the destination’s signature island atmosphere, positioning the resort as a new option for both vacation travelers and groups visiting the Florida Keys.
