
Horseshoe Bay, Texas—Horseshoe Bay Resort, a prestigious AAA Four-Diamond destination, announced the groundbreaking of the new Live Oak Pavilion, expected to open in January 2026.
The new $16 million Live Oak Pavilion will offer more than 10,000 square feet of space, with an adaptable layout that can be separated into two distinct banquet rooms for corporate events, large-scale conferences, weddings, and other special occasions in the Texas Hill Country.
Live Oak Pavilion will feature elegant chandeliers, floating wood ceilings, and stone accents. It will have large movable glass walls connecting the indoor event space with the outdoor areas, allowing events to transition between the two so guests can enjoy the surrounding landscape, including a lagoon with a water feature and an arbor patio space suitable for outdoor receptions or cocktail events. Additionally, there will be private lounges and dedicated bar areas in the space. Equipped with state-of-the-art audiovisual technology, customizable floor plans, and a strong commitment to sustainability, the new Live Oak Pavilion will ensure every event is executed with functionality at its core.
With the addition of Live Oak Pavilion, Horseshoe Bay Resort will offer more than 37,000 square feet of indoor and outdoor event space. The resort’s event space is designed to accommodate events needing a single large event space or separate spaces for simultaneous conference meetings, meal service, exhibitions, or trade shows.
