ATLANTA, Ga. – The Kimpton Sylvan Hotel in Atlanta, Ga., has welcomed two new members to its leadership team.
Tenille Perry will serve as the hotel’s director of sales and marketing, and Bertrand Mangeot will serve as the hotel’s general manager.
In her role, Perry is the leader of the segmented sales efforts for The Sylvan. She graduated with a degree in hospitality management and communications from Ryerson University in Toronto, Ont. Her first job out of school was with the flagship Four Seasons, the first and only hotel in Canada to receive both the AAA Five Diamond and Forbes Travel Guide Five-Star recognition in the food and beverage department.
Her entire career has been in the hospitality industry with a special focus on hotels. After moving to the U.S. and landing in Georgia, she has worked in operations and sales across several brands (both managed and franchised) including Residence Inn, Tribute Portfolio, Hilton, Embassy Suites, Hilton Garden Inn, and Curio Collection.
As general manager, Mangeot oversees all departments and operations at the property. A native of France, he began his career in Luxembourg at KPMG before returning to the West Indies of Martinique to work for Karibea Hotels, where he was an assistant to the chief financial officer. From there, Bertrand moved to New York City, where he held multiple hospitality positions at InterContinental Barclay. He later moved to the InterContinental Hotel Cleveland, where he held various senior titles over the span of seven years.
Prior to joining the team at The Sylvan, he was at InterContinental Toronto Centre, where he lead and managed multi-million-dollar projects.
