
NEW ORLEANS – The NOLA ChristmasFest indoor festival is taking place virtually this year, but event organizers are committed to spreading holiday cheer now more than ever.
Thanks to community partners and friends, the team at the New Orleans Ernest N. Morial Convention Center developed a week-long virtual program of activities for children and families to enjoy together at home.
Programming includes Christmas crafts, holiday baking, holiday dance classes, nightly book reading featuring favorite Christmas characters, and much more.
Here’s the lineup of the week-long event:
- Friday, Dec. 11 at 5:30 p.m. – Nutcracker Ballet Fundamentals
- Saturday, Dec. 12, at 2 p.m. – Family Elf-ercise & Merry Masterpieces
- Saturday, Dec 12 at 5:30 p.m. – Seasonal Science
- Sunday, Dec. 13 at 2 p.m. – Baking Spirits Bright, Cool Yule Crafts & Intro to Irish Dancing
- Sunday, Dec. 13, at 5:30 p.m. – Jingle Bell Flow
- Monday, Dec. 14 at 5:30 p.m. – Merry Masterpieces, Cool Yule Craft
- Tuesday, Dec. 15 at 5:30 p.m. – Christmas Cardio Dance
- Wednesday, 16 at 5:30 p.m. – ‘Ask the Elf’ Live Chat
- Thursday, Dec. 17 at 5:30 p.m. – Family Move Ya’ Mistletoes
