NEW ORLEANS, La. – Renowned New Orleans fine-dining establishment, Restaurant R’evolution, is reopening its doors on Thursday, October 22.
Located inside the iconic Royal Sonesta New Orleans, Restaurant R’evolution is among the premier dining destinations for both traveling visitors and local residents.
Dinner guests can indulge in their favorite selections from a specially curated menu, developed by Chefs John Folse and Rick Tramonto. Guests will also be able to enjoy exclusive wine offerings housed in Restaurant R’evolution’s custom built wine cellar, which includes an inventory of more than 10,000 bottles of wine.
“We are very excited to celebrate Restaurant R’evolution’s reopening and can’t wait to welcome back diners to our restaurant family,” said Folse. “We’ve missed being able to enjoy great food and drinks with our guests these past months and are thrilled to reopen our doors to everyone.”
Guests will also notice a new face joining the Restaurant R’evolution team, as Chef Samuel Peery joins the staff as the new chef de cuisine. He is a highly trained chef with more than 10 years of professional kitchen management and experience, specializing in Modern American, Italian, French, and Southern cuisines. Peery is a certified Level 1 Sommelier and has used his experience to deliver multi-course pairing-based dinners.

Restaurant R’evolution will open for dinner reservations on Thursdays and Sundays from 5 p.m. to 9 p.m. and with extended dining on Fridays and Saturdays from 5 p.m. to 10 p.m.
