
SEA ISLAND, Ga. – Ocean Forest Golf Club, a private club on Sea Island, Ga, has appointed Nicholas DiMeglio as general manager.
“Nick is a deeply experienced, collaborative, engaging, and creative leader with a true passion for luxury service, hospitality, and the club member experience,” said Scott Steilen, president and CEO of Sea Island Company, which owns and operates Ocean Forest. “He is an accomplished and seasoned leader in the luxury hospitality world who will serve as a valuable coach and mentor for our Ocean Forest team.”
A veteran of both private clubs and resorts, DiMeglio’s most recent role was with The Ritz-Carlton, as general manager of The Ritz-Carlton Club, Aspen Highlands, for the past 10 years. While there, he was named General Manager of the Year four times and his destination club was Club of the Year three times. He was previously the vice president of operations of The Ritz-Carlton Destination Club, overseeing 10 clubs, five private residences, golf, food and beverage, and spa operations. He previously served as the area general manager.
A graduate of James Madison University, DiMeglio earned his Bachelor of Business Administration degree and is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.
