Shreveport Convention Center features 350,000 square feet of versatile space for up to 9,000 guests. The venue connects to the 311-room Hilton Shreveport Convention Center Hotel, which has more than 34,521 square feet of event space across 18 meeting rooms.
The 270,000-square-foot Brookshire Grocery Arena in Bossier City seats up to 14,000 patrons with a flexible floor, a clubhouse, and 16 luxury suites.
Live! Casino & Hotel Louisiana, a land-based resort with 549 rooms, includes the 25,000-square-foot Live! Event Center, which can accommodate up to 1,170 guests in its largest space. Across the Red River, the 606-room Horseshoe Bossier City has more than 15,000 square feet of flexible meeting and event space, including the 11,522-square-foot Riverdome, which accommodates up to 1,400 people theater style. Other venues include the 395-room Margaritaville Resort Casino, featuring the 7,000-square-foot, 900-capacity Paradise Theater, and the Bossier Civic Center, featuring 31,500 square feet of flexible space.
Shreveport’s 514-room Sam’s Town Casino features 16,398 square feet of event and convention space, with a capacity of 2,500 guests in its largest space. Sam’s Town has entered into a definitive agreement to merge with the adjacent Bally’s Casino, which offers 403 guest rooms and 22,000 square feet of function space. The merger is targeted for completion at the end of this year.

Groups can sample delicious stuffed shrimp at Orlandeaux’s Cross Lake Café or book private dinners crafted by Chef Hardette Harris. The Robinson Film Center offers dinner-and-a-movie options at Abby Singer’s Bistro, helmed by Food Network chef Niema DiGrazia.
Shreveport Regional Airport (SHV) has expanded its terminal and will launch nonstop flights to Chicago in October.
