Miami—The Elser Hotel & Residences, a 49-story tower in downtown Miami, recently introduced new meeting and event spaces.
The Elser features six interconnected meeting spaces, totaling 9,570 square feet. These include the Biscayne Room with floor-to-ceiling windows and the 3,000 square-foot Lawn Deck, which provides an outdoor space for events.
“Our new 12th-floor meeting and event spaces are designed to inspire creativity, collaboration, and connection,” says Ryan Shear, managing partner of PMG, developer and owner of The Elser. “With versatile layouts, state-of-the-art technology, and an unbeatable location in the heart of downtown Miami, we are thrilled to offer a setting with views and versatility that will elevate every gathering.”
The Elser partners with the adjacent First Church Miami, which provides an additional 7,931 square feet of theater, banquet, and reception spaces, along with half-court basketball, pickleball, indoor rock climbing, and other recreational spaces.
“With these dynamic spaces, we’re not just offering places to gather, we’re creating experiences,” says Ryan Todd, director of sales and marketing for The Elser. “From corporate conferences to personal celebrations, our spaces and services are designed to make every event truly exceptional.”
