GULF SHORES, Ala. (March 26, 2018) — The results are in for ConventionSouth’s list of the South’s Trendiest Resorts. In early March, ConventionSouth Editors compiled a Facebook ballot with a list of 60 trendy resorts that exceed expectations. From those resorts, ConventionSouth readers and Facebook fans were asked to vote for their top picks.
A complete list of the 60 resorts nominated by ConventionSouth editors can be found on ConventionSouth’s Facebook page.
“Meeting planners and groups find resorts in the South to be a top choice for their events,” said ConventionSouth’s Senior Editor Marcia Bradford. “As more resorts surface and are re-imagined continually, it is imperative that they stay trendy and up-to-date with amenities that cater to and spoil planners and attendees. The resorts selected by our Facebook fans not only ‘wow’ guests, but also provide the ‘trendy’ factor that planners are looking for in a venue.”
The following list of 15 resorts gained the top votes. The May print and digital issue of ConventionSouth will share this list with meeting planners from across the country that book meeting sites in the South. Resorts appear in alphabetical order.
