LAKE BUENA VISTA, Fla.—Walt Disney World Resort has opened its newly reimagined Disney Creative Studio, serving as a headquarters for event planners to work with Disney “event architects” on meetings and events held at the theme park resort.

The studio is meant to be a one-stop shop of resources, knowledge, and creativity. As the epicenter of resources, Disney Creative Studio will help events planners put together décor, florals, and catering, among many other things. The Disney event architects will be event planners’ go-to contacts for event support and assistance. They include sales and services managers, event producers, culinary experts, and more.

With access to thousands of props, unique décor, and set concepts, the Disney Creative Studio aims to make the environment immersive for attendees. The studio also provides access to set designers who can construct props or entire sets to make events come alive. Entertainment components are also available, including dance ensembles, professional DJs, live bands, aerialists, and acrobatics.

Event architects can also assist with branding details, from napkins, pillows, and chocolates to ice sculptures, LED centerpieces, and illuminated tables.
Disney Meetings & Events has introduced new teambuilding experiences to create engaging and impactful moments for meeting professionals and attendees. Disney’s team also offers professional development experiences with the option to add a keynote presentation or a multi-day teambuilding event from Disney Institute.

In addition, Disney has introduced new program openers designed to capture attendees’ attention. According to the website, Disney will create high-energy cinematic productions and heartwarming presentations around your brand message, kickstarting your session with creative, dynamic elements to engage attendees. These sessions can be customized and adapted to fit most group sizes and budgets.
