
SAN ANTONIO, TEXAS – JW Marriott San Antonio Hill Country Resort & Spa has refreshed their meeting and event space areas with new carpet, wall coverings, light fixtures, furniture, and an LED panel with digital signs.
The 40,080-square-foot Nelson W. Wolff Exhibit Hall has been completely renovated with updates to carpet, wallpaper, paint, and new furniture. Two ballrooms, the 40,500-square-foot Grand Oaks Ballroom and the 21,120-square-foot Cibolo Canyon Ballroom, and 20,000 square feet of space among 19 breakout rooms are refreshed with new carpet.
In addition to updated meeting spaces, the resort recently debuted new digital signage around the property, including a new LED panel allowing unique, digital branding opportunities for organizations and businesses hosting meetings and events at the resort. The LED panel features a resolution of 1152 x 768 and measures approximately 9 ft x 6.5 ft. Capabilities include showcasing high-definition videos, welcome messages, sponsor slots, and ads. Conferences and groups can display messages across several digital signs on property, providing directions to meeting rooms and sharing information about available resort activities while limiting paper waste.
The resort’s infrastructure allows for today’s technology needs through a dual 10-gig backbone. There is an Executive Business Center with 24-hour access offering an environment conducive to work or meetings with a full spectrum of services available. Wireless capabilities are also available inside the entire property. Technology services include:
