With 305 guest rooms, the recently refreshed Marriott MeadowView Conference Resort & Convention Center has 81,563 square feet of indoor function space across 42 event spaces, including three tiered amphitheaters and multiple ballrooms. The full-service resort also offers golf and onsite dining.
There are currently 1,100 guest rooms in the city, including a 104-room TownePlace Suites, a 93-room Home2 Suites by Hilton, and a 60-room boutique property expected to open in 2027.
Offsite venues include Historic Allandale Mansion, with indoor space and outdoor venues, downtown’s Model City Event Center, and The Social. The 3,750-acre Bays Mountain Park has trails, a nature center, a planetarium, and indoor and outdoor venues to accommodate 400 guests.
