Newport News Marriott features 20,659 square feet of meeting space, including five event spaces and 12 breakout rooms. The largest space, a 12,032-square-foot ballroom, can host up to 1,600 for receptions and 880 for banquets. Holiday Inn Newport News-Hampton has 11,000 square feet of flexible event space, including a 5,880-square-foot ballroom for up to 450 people and pre-function space for up to 300.
Other venue options include Hampton Roads Event Center (capacity 130), The Mariners’ Museum and Park (capacity 200), Virginia Living Museum (capacity 500-plus), and the Historic Boxwood Inn (capacity 200).
