The venue sits on 1,130 acres and contains 277,350 square feet of meeting/convention space across nine facilities and spaces. Components include the 40,500-square-foot Miller-Murphy-Howard Building, which seats 1,800 for banquets, 5,000-plus for lecture-style seating, and 204 trade show booths. Ideal for trade shows, meetings, and receptions, the 36,000-square-foot McGill MarketPlace can host 2,424 with lecture seating, 1,600 for seated banquets, and 190 trade show booths.
The fairgrounds are also home to Go Fish Education Center, which includes a 200,000-gallon outdoor aquarium, housing more than 50 species of native Georgia fish and reptiles, a hatchery and a casting pond. The attraction also features a 1,200-square-foot theater and classroom for event rentals.
Perry Events Center, located in a renovated circa-1825 armory, can accommodate 325 guests for receptions and theater-style seating. It also has a community room for hosting up to 48 guests.
