DALLAS, Texas – Sheraton Dallas is recognizing National Dog Day Aug. 26 by offering a Very Important Pet (VIP) amenity when guests upgrade to a Junior Suite for $30 or an Executive Suite for $60. The amenity includes food and water bowls, a toy, and a treat. Hotel reps note that a dog must be present to redeem the offer.

The Sheraton Dallas is located across the street from Pacific Plaza Park, where guests can let dogs explore, play, and enjoy green space. For dogs who want to roam farther, the hotel has also put together a list of nearby dog parks, dog-friendly restaurants, dog services, and pet supply stores.

The recently renovated Sheraton Dallas is the largest hotel in North Texas, with 1,840 guest rooms. The hotel’s signature restaurant and bar, Open Palette, features American classics inspired by the hotel’s Dallas roots. Also located inside the property, Draft Sports Bar & Lounge features 25 flat screen TVs, beers on tap, and American comfort food.
