
MOORESVILLE, N.C. – A new ownership team has refreshed and expanded services at The Venues at Langtree to create a unique meeting and event destination 20 miles north of Charlotte.
The grounds encompass 16 acres and five distinct buildings, including 26,000 square feet of meeting space creating flexibility for gatherings of all shapes and sizes.
There are indoor and outdoor options at all the venue sites, accommodating groups of 10 to 1,000 for a variety of business and association meetings, executive board functions, trade shows, retreats, teambuilding events, product launches, etc. The five distinct venues include The Mott House, built in 1852; The Pavilion; The Pergola; The Boulder Room; The Barn; and The Langtree Oak outdoor venue. All chairs, tables, podiums, etc. are included in the venue rental price.

Location is an advantage of The Venues at Langtree, just one mile off interstate I-77, north of Charlotte in Mooresville, N.C. An onsite trolley can take guests to and from area hotels located less than a mile from the property.
Executive meetings and retreats can be held in The Mott House where chef-driven meals can be prepared as part of the agenda. The historic home offers a full kitchen, a scenic entrance, a variety of rooms for breakout sessions, ample parking, and two bathrooms. Catering, bartending, and rental services are available on the property paired with exclusive partnerships with the best vendors in the business.
The largest meeting space on the property, The Pavilion is 10,000 square feet and has the capacity to serve a 300-person plated dinner with a dance floor, a 400-person cocktail style event with a dancefloor, and the space can flex up to 1000 guests.
